'Geisha' (ja:芸者 "person of the arts") are traditional Japanese artist-entertainers. Geisha were very common in the 18th and 19th centuries, and are still in existence today, although their numbers are dwindling. "Geisha," pronounced /("gei-" rhymes with "may") is the most familiar term to English speakers. Geisha take lessons in several arts forms for most of their lives, not for just entertaining customers but for a lifetime of learning. Geisha houses sometimes brought in girls from poor families and trained them. During their childhood, geisha sometimes worked first as maids, and then as apprentice geisha (maiko) during their training. This tradition of training exists as well in other traditions in Japan, when a student lives at the home, starting out doing housework and assisting the master, and eventually becoming a master geisha.

MMU Awards 2005/2006

This is the bunting for an event in MMU called MMU Awards 2005/2006. The logo was created by me and enhanced by my friend, Zulkarnain. Bagi nampak emas2 skit logo dia. I've planted a batik or kerawang2(yap kata) for the background, bg stai skit. The theme for this event is "a night of fame". Hope it wont turn out to be a "Night of Shame". This event is actually for giving an honor to all the clubs in MMU Cyber and Melaka. I did not post the poster because i like the bunting more. Nampak nyantiek. This thing will be held at Grand Ballroom Putrajaya, IOI Marriot on 8th April 2006. Dtg jgn x dtg, dtg jgn x dtg.

This is a moodboard for my Interface Design assignment. my task is to create a device with a theme of 'i-companion'. Don't ask me wtf is that. i dont even know what is i-companion. They said we need to create a device that similar to a robot and can interact with us in many ways. That is 'i-companion', ...i think lah. Besides creating that device, i need to create a moodboard, which is the picture shown above. A moodboard is to show the mood of the user. And my target user is Painters!. Maybe i'm gonna create a device that can help painters to paint easier in any ways. I still havent decide how the thing works. Maybe the thing can help them draw??? x logik la plak kan. And oh ya, i need to change the pictures in the moodboard, because they(lecturers) want an original pictures/local pictures. Mana mau carik gambar ori bogel?
